Terra Nova National Park

The east coast area of Newfoundland in Canada is home to the Terra Nova National Park. This 400-square-kilometer park was established in 1957 and was named after the Latin equivalent of Newfoundland. In the summer, the Terra Nova National Park offers several programs including nightly shows at the Evening Theatre. There is also a campfire program where one can listen to Newfoundland sounds and drink hot chocolate. Kids can also join the park’s Junior Naturalist Program.
